Changing Management Companies

Items you should receive from your previous Management Company:

► A written list containing names, addresses and contact information on ALL previously booked clients.

► A written list containing contact information of all currently booked, both confirmed and unconfirmed guests.

► All monies held in escrow on your behalf.

► All keys to the property.

► All maintenance records, warranty information, and property inventories.
