If you're searching for a property management company on the Crystal Coast, you need look no further!  Patti Nagy, of Atlantic Sun Properties (A.S.P.), has cared for our home for the past 3 years, except for a short period of time when the national real estate firm she used to work for refused to give us the phone numbers of her new business.  We followed Patti to A.S.P. for one very important reason, service.  This last year with Atlantic Sun Properties and Patti at the helm has been a wonderful and profitable experience.  Rentals are up more that 28% over the previous years and we attribute this increase to Patti's hard work, great service to our customers, and her freedom as the Owner/Operator of A.S.P. to explore new, and technologically advanced means of marketing properties on this age of technology.  We know that some of the homeowners in our neighborhood who failed to move their properties to A.S.P. have found that homes are not being cared for or rented as frequently as when Patti had the property.
