All Summer and Prime Season advance reservations are booked by the week only.  If you would like to book for other than a week during the Prime and Summer Seasons, call our office the week before you would like to arrive to check availability and rates. Other times of the year, most properties accept reservations with a 2 or 3 night minimum.

Property Occupancy Limits: Our towns are mostly served by septic systems. State and Local Health Department regulations regarding septic tank disposal systems limits the sleeping accommodations of properties serviced by septic systems to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding available is shown to accommodate flexibility in sleeping arrangements and not intended to represent occupancy limits. Overcrowding could result in Atlantic Sun Properties exercising the right to terminate occupancy in accordance with Article 4 of the NC Vacation Rental Act.
