The Oceans rents Sunday to Sunday during the summer months and at other times when available.
 

Summer:  $1000 per week
Spring and Fall:  $700 per week
Winter: $600 per week

All Rates Shown are per week. All Summer and Prime Season advance reservations are booked by the week only.  If you would like to book for other than a week during the Prime and Summer Seasons, call our office the week before you would like to arrive to check availability and rates. Other times of the year, most properties accept reservations with a 2 or 3 night minimum.
